What We Are Looking For...

Pinpoint Patient Recruiting is searching for an independent contractor to join our study Project Management team. The primary objective of this role is to support our lead project managers (PMs) as they manage recruitment of one or more healthcare market research studies.

 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Research advocacy groups and/or patient communities to partner with and promote various studies

  • Communicate with potential study participants. Depending on the structure of the study, communications may include phone calls to screen potential participants, as well as electronic communications to engage participants and encourage them to complete the study.

  • Assist Pinpoint Patient Recruiting project managers as they  liaison with clients (typically, either market research firm or pharmaceutical company). Support and assistance may include:
     

    • timely updates to PM on status of recruitment efforts

    • coordinating study schedules

    • proposing solutions to enhance recruitment efforts (customized to individual studies)

    • collaborate with Pinpoint team (other project managers etc.) as needed to help with study recruitment and problem solving

    • perform administrative tasks related to studies, including development of recruitment tracking documents, participant communications, database details and other tasks related to studies from launch to closings

    • utilize company CRM/database  as required for tracking participant activity and communication (training provided)

 

The skills you need...
 

  • Organized and able to multitask between ongoing projects

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with a team and asking for help as needed to complete tasks assigned

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

  • Experienced/comfortable with Google Workplace

  • Experience working in healthcare industry in any capacity (preferred not required)

  • Background in project management or client relations is a plus

  • Team player and patient-focused​

  • Spanish language proficiency is not required but would be a plus! 


Other things you need to know...
This is a part-time, contractor position that allows the individual to operate on their own schedule with flexible hours to complete tasks.  We do ask that the contractor has availability to check in each day. Workload may vary from week to week and month to month. Most project managers work 10-20 per week.
